I have a silver sensor and it works pretty good on 3 channels. The other 3 channels I get work intermitenly. Sometimes they will work good for about 3 minutes and then start jumping and skipping and then go out and then come back. Will a signal amplifier help out or not? All of the channels are coming from the same direction and are within 7-8 miles of where I live. I'm on the third floor of my apt. If a signal amplifier will help does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!!!

A signal amplifier can only ampliefiy the incoming signal it has coming in to it so it can be used with a splitter or with a long cable run or with a receiver with poor sensitivity. If the incoming signal is too poor you need a better antenna.
