So here is my find today at a garage sale: A B&O Beovision Mx 5000 Tv along with a Vx5000 S-Vhs VCR. I plugged the TV in at it powers up and works, but seems to have some deflection/sync issues. I am wondering if anyone can provide me with some information on this set, and If it is worth having repaired---or if the fix is relatively easy and I could do it myself. Does anyone know where I could find a service manual for this set?

Based on my retail experience ending in 2000, vintage B & O and NAD video monitors, have no manufacturer supported service. Parts and manuals will be almost impossible to obtain. The service guy at my store told us to gently tell any owner of the above brands to purchase a new set and put their broken models at the curb. Have fun if you want to tinker.

The main thing is that when the set powers up the raster is too small--however after a few minutes it is normal. Any ideas?
