I have a toshiba 34hf81 direct view HDTV, which I love. One problem - horizontal lines tend to bend in slightly towards the center of the screen. This is particularly noticable on the Direct TV guide (which is full of horizontal lines). I'm not positive it's the tv (it could be the direct tv siginal), but the built in tv menus also seem to bend slightly. Any thoughts on this? Are there any service mode adjustments for this sort of thing? (I know there are adjustments for vertical lines). Anyone else experience anything similar on direct view sets?

Thanks,

Dan

Seems to be a function of flat tube direct view sets. There are many posts regarding geometric distortion on DV sets. The service menu on Panny's won't help. Don't know about other brands.
