I have tried everything, checked all connections, yes I have the sat-c kit, good signal on tp's 8, 10, 12, called tech support 4 times, no luck. Anyone else experiencing this? Feel free to ofter any suggestions. Thanks. Please help me

Just finished my install of the Sat C with a Tosh 3000. After hooking up the Sat C, I needed to change the Dish Type from Oval Dish 2 to Oval Dish 3 in the Toshiba 3000 installation menu. Then I needed to add channel 543 to my channel lists. Then I turned on channel 543 and it was there. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion, but still no luck. 543 is the only channel that I can't get for some reason.................

Also, when, as a Showtime subscriber, I ordered the Sat C kit from DirecTV, the CSR "turned on" SHO-HD. Give them a call.

I subscribe to showtime, as for calling Directv, I live in Pegasus's territory. They said they turned it on, maybe they need to call Directv to verify? Who knows?
