To be honest, I would keep the Westy. I originally had the SK-32H590D. This is basically the same model, but with a built in DVD player. I returned the TV to HSN(big purchase mistake!) because the DVD player did not work. I thought about purchasing the model you have because I really didn't want the built in DVD but it was on 5 stretch payments. I ended up purchasing the Toshiba 32HL67. There are lots of screen tweaks on the Tos, but I have yet to get a picture as nice as the one I had on the Westy. Also, it ticks me off that via the VGA port, the Tos alows a maximum res of 1024x768. I had to connect via DVI to HDMI to get the native resolution of 1360x768 or even 720p and 1081i res up to 1920x1080. 1920x1080 looks horrible for PC viewing IMHO.
I am not satisfied with the way BlueRay looks on the Tos either. Unless u are having a problem with the Westy, I would not change.
I have some post though about Westy's and longevity. I cannot comment on that because I only had mine for less than a month.
