I've spent some time looking at all your threads and they have been very helpful. I've now narrowed my decision to the Toshiba and JVC. I haven't read many reviews of the JVC, but like that it has DVI. The JVC also seems to be a couple hundred dollars more. Unforunately the Sony is too wide. Any thoughts? Thanks

I own a F38310 which is 32.25 inchs wide in viewing area and is sitting on a free air cooling stand, your talking 36 which is 31.5 inches wide, plus the cabinet. The only way that this small set could be too wide would be if you were trying to fit in a entertainment center!

My set has 3 fans going when on, you think your HDTV is going to run cool in a entertainment center. Like all things that get hot HDTV will stop working all together. It will be your choice and your bill to pay when the HDTV becomes over heated.:)

P.S. I am assuming your going to put your HDTV in a Entertainment Center, If I am wrong forgive me.
