Hello...


I have this 42HL167 for a month. It's a wonderful set and we love it. I had my share doughts about the green push and all that....but touch wood we don't have a problem and picture is just so good....we love it.


One problem though may not be the set, it may be me...


I can't see the captions. Program is close captioned but we can't see it. I change the caption modes but no luck....


I have HD comcast cable box connected via HDMI cable. What could be it?


any hints?

Im just guessing here, I may be wrong as well...but what is your aspect ratio set to? Im thinking there my be a possiblility that the aspect setting it is on could have cut the the bottom of the screen off. I've had it happen on my set. You could also try adjusting the aspect ration on the cable box.
