Toshiba 42HL67 vs Westinghouse LVM-42W2

Which one is the better choice? It seems Toshiba has some better tweaking options and the 42w2 seems to have some HDMI problems, as of right now I am not entirely sure.. which one should I go for?
I will mainly be playing the Xbox 360 on it, maybe a movie here and there and that's it. Oh and might be hooking it up to a PC too.

Just noticed the Toshiba's native is 720p o_O... may be the westing then....
