Hi,

I saw that Toshiba release v1.05 of the firmware for the 55G300U. I went ahead and upgraded but haven't noticed any obvious changes. Can't find release notes anywhere. Does anyone, anywhere know what was supposed to be fixed/changed in this release?

Hi jay I was thinking of getting this tv. What do you think of it. I will use it for DVD and HDTV. And they say the contrast ration is only 20000:1 which is rather low do you find a problem with it? Thanks your answer will help me whether to buy it

Did the firmware upgrade, don't see any difference for whatever it does.
