Toshiba 62HM196 - TVGuide on Screen

I am having a problem getting the TV Guide on Screen to work properly on a Toshiba 62HM196.


I have the G-Link properly aligned, I have a composite video output to the TV from my Scientific Atlanta 3250HD cable box (TV Guide wont accept a colorstream or HDMI input to get listings). I have setup the TV Guide properly (many times). It has yet to display the listings but has found the channel line-up (except for HD channels). Summary shows "Listings are in progress". Prior to having the cable box, I had the regular co-ax attached to Toshiba and I did get a listing.


Any suggestions?
