I have a new Toshiba 57H81. It has some geometry problems - straight lines bend a bit in the right corners.

I have a 30 day swap on it which is about 1/2 up. Should I request a new set, or just have it ISF calibrated?

From what I've read, imperfect geometry is not uncommon when sets are moved, but I want to be sure it can be fixed and does not represent a defect in the set.

Thanks!

Hmm, good idea on the warranty service. I guess I was thinking that I am being "picky" and that this would not be considered a defect by most normal consumers, therefore warranty service would be out.

HTNUT,

Where are you in the process of getting your 65H80 replaced? Have you received an acceptance letter and have a scheduled delivery date? Just curious, as I'm going through the same thing.
