Apparently, this guys TV is emmiting International SOS signals, bringing all sorts of Emergancy assistance to his house..


The end result is.. a $10,000 fine if he turns his tv on..

Yet, AT&T wireless STILL can't get a signal to my cell phone when I'm inside my house. It's going to be a cold winter talking on the phone on the patio...
