Toshiba Regza 530u firmware....

Hi, I recently tried upgrading the firmware on my Regza, which gives you all this jazz about making sure not to turn off the TV while it happens. I dont know what happened, but a got a box saying the upgrade was unsuccesful, and now the TV doesnt even power on. Does this make sense?
