12 yrs old Toshiba TP61-F90 will not turn on, lcd flashes red to green, surge protector shows surge lcd when it is plugged in. Protector reads normal with other components plugged in with TV not plugged in. same results for TV when plugged directly into wall socket...will not turn on.
can hear it turn on when plugged in and then immediately turn off only indicator that it is recieving power is lcd flahing red to green continuosly.
Any advise or suggestions on what could be wrong or how to correct.
