What is the best combination of Touchscreen LCD Monitor and software to control an HTPC? I have checked out MainLobby so far but I want to see what has worked for other people.

I use a 15" touchscreen hooked up to a crappy (1024x768) PCI video card in my HTPC. It works well along with my AGP Radeon card that goes to my HS10. I used ML and DVD lobby on the touchscreen with girder to control everything in the background.

Most likely going to use USBIRT (I think that is the name) to control my other AV equipment. Just getting around to getting my HTPC back up and running after a major meltdown.

Browse around the Cinemar forum for more answers, http://www.caseserve.com/cinemar/phpBB2/index.php
I am using housebot which will hopefully be integrated with Meedio at some point.

For an idea of what the setup looks like check out this thread

They are pretty dated shots, but most of it is still the same.
I use multiple touchscreens and MainLobby suite tied to Homeseer.
Thanks for the responses. Any particular touchscreens I should be looking out for, any pitfalls to the system, and tips on setting up etc...?

I think you could look at the Progears and Viewsonic Airpanels. I have a Viewsonic V150P(15") and I had the V110P(10"). The 150 is pretty large/heavy but we love it. The 110 only supported 800x600 so we opted to keep the V150P (1024x768).
I'm lookin for something a little cheaper. I already have a 15" lcd that will be on my end table, I'm just looking for a cheap usb or serial touch screen overlay.
