transport stream source filter / splitter - inaccurate frame numbers

I'm having problems finding a DS source filter splitter combination for use with ATSC HD transport streams. The issue with the majority DirectShow source/splitter filter combinations is that the timeline isn't accurate which makes comskip data used as chapter points in the timeline useless. I can replicate the inaccurate timeline issue using HDTVPump, NVidiaTS, Nero. I originally assumed the comskip data which isn't the case. The issue is that frame #X isn't the same frame as frame number X in MPC, VideoRedo. The frames are about 5-6 seconds off.


The only DirectShow combination that doesn't suffer from this issue is the Haali media splitter. The built-in filters in MPC, VideoRedo are accurate. The issue with the Haali media splitter is with version 1.7.121.0 causes serious video artifacts with 1080i and while the latest version (1.7.152.18) which resolves the video artifact issue again has a major audio sync issue which I've seen in the past with versions prior to (1.7.121.0).


I'm open to suggestions.
