If you mean a receiver that supports full 18 Gbps bandwidth HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2 on the same port then the answer is not quite yet. However, nobody knows if/when there will ever be 4Kp60, 10 bit, 4:4:4 content that requires HDCP 2.2 compliance. It is assumed that most movies on Ultra HD Blu-Ray will be 4Kp24, 8 or 10 bit, 4:2:0. So, you are probably safe with a receiver that supports full 18 Gbps HDMI 2.0 on one port (for PC use) and 10.2 Gbps HDMI w/ HDCP 2.2 on a different port (for copy protected 4K content).
