Hi All, I'm trying to find out if there is any software that can replace/re-sync video via video-in or a tuner card on your pc to correct some copy protection and cable tv issues, any help would be great guys.

If it's any help I have a haupage TV card, Radeon 64mb DDR and Dscaler.
