Tuner in use vs Tuner recording indicator light

I built a custom PVR for ATSC and STB reccording and am looking to add some indicator lights for fun. I already have the lights and controller and program. I already have a light which works when any tuner is recording. Just was wondering what you all think would be more useful a light indicating which tuner was in use(playing and/or recording) or one which indicated which was recording. I cant make a decision on which! Thanks

In use or recording is basically the same thing.

In any case, it's more about what you want/need than what anyone else thinks. Sounds like you are doing a project just for the sake of doing it.
