Hi Everyone,

Thought I'd dig out my old kit to play my old Vinyl but having issues.

I have a Nad 320BEE Amp

Cambridge Audio MM 540p Pre-Amp

Goldring GR1 Turntable.

I'm confused with where to plug the pre-amp into the Nad as I'm sure that is the problem.

Currently I have Turntable to Pre-Amp, Pre-Amp to DISC on the 320BEE Amp

Any pointers/help greatly received.

Thanks

G

That should work according to the NAD manual ("disc input- ....or the output signal from a step-up amplifier for a turntable"). Try another line level input, any of the line level inputs should work. Check your connections and connectors and that everything is on. Assume that preamp matches your cartridge?

My humble two cents: Assuming ALL your reds and black wires match from point A to B to C the next step is to check your cartridge wires are making solid contact on the tone arm headshell. Last but not least the audio input you assigned to the TT/phono properly matches. I hope this helps.

Good luck!
