Where would I plug in my turntable in the Yammy V465 A/V?

I have an Akai TT.

I found that I do NOT have a preamp.

Will it still work and is there any other AV receiver that has a plug in where I wouldn't need to buy a preamp?

And why in the world wouldn't they have an easy plug and play without a preamp...millions of people still use turntables!

Plug it into audio 1, audio 2, av 5 or av 6. Many options, what's the problem?

I have a turntable.


Mass market manufacturers have ignored turntables for years so there is not a phono input. Also analog audiophiles like to be able to make adjustments to the preamp or swap it out for another that they like the sound of better when they change cartridge manufacturers.


Use what ever audio input you would like.
