Yes the Energizer Lithium AAA's have a lot more capacity than the alkalines and have a little higher voltage too.A friend recommended me to use ENERGIZER AAA ULTIMATE LITHIUM L92, which I already ordered.
But I'm thinking of modifying the remote to use the most compact a dual AA external box I may find.
I'm not sure I made the right choice when I picked this TV, but I already had a Semp TV on my living room, that has an infrared remote, so I thought I was buying something similar.

Would the NIMHs hich capacity work fine with the remote? After all they are all 1.2v.Yes the Energizer Lithium AAA's have a lot more capacity than the alkalines and have a little higher voltage too.
I just switched to them from regular alkalines in my Sony backlit bluetooth remote that drains batteries faster than a non-backlit remote.
Another alternative would be high capacity NiMH rechargeable AAAs, cheaper in the long run since you can reuse them over 500 times.
Yes they appear to.Would the NIMHs hich capacity work fine with the remote? After all they are all 1.2v.
