I now have a radioshack $29 roof-type antenna in the attic for HD reception. It works very well, except, adjustment to get ALL stations is very picky. When I get it directed to get good reception on most stations, one other will start to fade out. And so on, so forth. So, I was thinking of getting a second $29 antenna and splitter-ing them together, to aim at that week station(s). Sound possible?

Yes and no.

Antenna's are a "black magic" to install.

Look at other threads where it states all the other problems you could have like interference etc.

You may get better results, with more problems.

Bottom line is that you may have to try it and see how it works. Return it if it has more problems than fixes.

Your call.

You might also try the two antennas with 2 separate lead-in cables. If your TV/STB has A/B RF inputs, you can switch them back and forth with your remote.
