I am looking for a receiver that can output simultaneously to two HDMI outs. I have a basement with two rooms, one with a projector and the other with a small flat panel that I would like to show the same picture on both screens. Is this possible? Which receivers support this? I tried to search but couldn't find any difinitive info about simultaneous output. Thanks.

Download the owner manuals for each of the prospective AVRs that offer 2 HDMI outputs and check there. The manuals should specify if the outputs send the signals simultaneously. And if not, you should contact the manufacturer.

Yamaha RX-V3900, and, though I haven't checked its manual, its big brother the RX-Z7, says it does HDMI1 out or HDMI2 out or both.

I'm trying to track the unique specs (like multiple HDMI outputs) of popular AVRs for a future purpose on my own. For the moment, I'm storing the data in a spreadsheet on Google Documents:

AVR Specs Chart: http://snurl.com/avr_chart ... sn URL shortcut to Google Docs>

This morning, I added some Pioneer models including those mentioned earlier in this thread. I invite you all to take a look at the chart. As long as you aren't blocking cookies from Google, you should be able to view and edit te chart without a sign-in. Feel free to add other models, more columns, or anything else you'd find interesting.

I'd also greatly appreciate it if you add your own current AVR.

Thanks!
