Two subs, one 12" and one 10"

What kind of problems am I going to have if I try this? I have two Energy subs from two different worlds. One is an older (bought it in 1996-1997) 100 watt 10" (EWS or something) and the other is the S12.3.

Is it worth setting this up or should I just send this older sub another home?

I watch alot of movies now that I have a BD player and games when I can. I really like the sound but I have this sub taking up space instead of being apart of the space. I moved it to the garage but I really don't like seeing it out there. Before I spend any money on cables and the time to hook it up, I thought I should just ask if any one has done something like this.

The S12.3 does have phase control if that matters.

Thanks in advance for your help.

My modest setup:

Sony LCD projection TV (model # = 1st gen 1080i)

Yamaha RX-V1300

Energy C-100 all around in 5.1

Energy Sub-S12.3

PS3
