TX-SR701, A Decent Upgrade?

I'm currently running the TX-SR301, with 60w/ch with my Definitive Technologies ProCinema 100 system and have a line on one of these SR701s for $150. Is this worth getting? I am looking for a good receiver (new or used) with an under $200 budget, is this about as good as I'm going to get with this restriction.


I'm more interested in power and sound quality than anything else, HDMI and such are minimally important.
