Ultimate Home Theater at Disney World

Just got back from vacationing at Disney World. At Innoventions in Epcot, there was a nice home theater exhibit sponsored by Lutron. The first bit of the tour had a museum of old components (and it was scary to see a VCR I once owned featured in the museum... one of RCA's "portables"). The second bit featured a home living room with a Sony widescreen HD RPTV, a Philips plasma set, Kenwood audio, Bose speakers, and bunches of other stuff like light controls, a universal remote and bass shakers in the audience benches. The 3rd bit featured a home theater (2 actually to accommodate the audience, they are apparently identical) which used a Runco DLP projector, Da-Lite screen, and cool fiber optic stars in the ceiling that twinkled.

The theater and equipment list is on the web http://www.ultimatehometheater.com If you visit Epcot at Disney World, be sure to check it out. It's a canned demo so not possible to really play with it but enjoyable nonetheless. Note the blueprints and design notes for the theaters that are viewable on the way in. The equipment racks are outside in the main Innoventions area so you can carefully look those over.

Thought y'all might be interested.
