Did you format it as NTFS or exFAT? The WDTV cannot read exFAT formatted drives.

Ultranoob WD HD TV Media Player Question
Hi guy's well the other day i found out about this device.. went to my local BB and picked it up PM another local store in toronto and got it for 115.
Now here's my question i picked up a 1TB Hitachi drive threw into my comp ran windows 7 setup and simply formatted it then through it into the external case i purchased.
transffered over files fine plugged it in but the WD TV isn't picking it up what am i doing wrong?
