FWIW, my local Frys (San Diego) is having a buy 2 get 1 free promotion on selected $19.99 and $24.99 BDs through 5-22.

As far as I know it is only 'in store' advertised.

Bottom line: Three new (tier 1) BD titles for me @ $13.33 each.
