Who sells Unistrut? Or do you have to go through the manufacturer. I have tried Home Depot, Ace Hardware and True Value Hardware. No luck. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Are you sure Home Depot didn't have it? The people there never seem to know what you are talking about when you say 'unistrut.'

It should be in the same area as electrical conduit.

There are different names for it - powerstrut is what I think the Home Depot near me has.

Describe it (the heavy metal channel that you hang stuff from) to someone in the electrical conduit area, and you should have some success.

Kindorf is another manufacture/trade name for it. I recently bought some from Home Depot. Kindorf is usually a gold color and Unistrut is usually green.

Electrical supply stores are a very good bet. It is could be called superstrut, unistrut, beeline, kindorf, or another name.

Most commercial electrical supply houses have it.

What would it cost approximately to use Unistrut for the average projector?

EdSuski,

Some Home Depots carry it and some don't. The one 5 minutes from me doesn't, but the one 35 minutes away does. Try calling a couple in your area. The skew from the bottom of the barcode is:
