Forgive my ignorance, this battery is 1500 mAh as opposed to my battery that is 1330 mAh. I have no idea what mAh is...?

I've been using the same first of three Kastar batteries since December and it's been at least as reliable as the one that came with the remote.
You can call URC's parts and accessories department at (914) 835-4484, option 3 to order a new battery. They're open M-F 9am-5pm. They do not have an online ordering system.
