hi there.

i have a JVC AV-30W585 set and have managed to sort out all problems so far with overscan and geometry through the service menu. i am pretty good about recording previous values and only adjusting things that i know the function of.

i do have one problem that remains and i cant find a solution to. on the right side of my set at both the top and bottom, the picture bends off the screen. it looks like this:

xs59.xs.to/pics/05506/geometry.jpg (paste that into the address bar. sorry it wont let me post a link or an image).

i cant figure out what setting it is that would adjust this so if anyone knows the general name for it, please let me know. :)

Does it do that just as you have it drawn, only on the top and bottom right side?

If so, it would be somewhat unorthodox, but would be referred to as a Horizontal Keystone.

its not quite as severe as my picture but pretty close. it begins probably a little closer to the corners and only does it a little. i could live with it but would just like to adjust it if possible.

do many tvs have an option to adjust that?
