Your character would be on the screen as well. Also even if graphically possible, which is somewhat hard to believe, wouldn't the enemies be dumb as rocks? I do know one game that could benefit from having so many creatures on screen at once: SimAnt.

I saw that and immediately thought of, how back in the day, objects on the screen were called sprites and they would have to actually flash/blink if you had more than a couple. We have come a long way.

I have a feeling that something was lost in translation for this game. There's just no way the PS2 could display that many characters on screen unless they were a few polygons each.


It's not going to happen. :rolleyes:

Actually you need 17 bits for 65536. 16 bits gets you 0 - 65535, which is 65536 numbers.

oh, yes, my digital teacher at college would be very disaponited, but when talking about enemies on screen, you would start at the number one, since you wouldn't count zero enemies :p
