You'd need some sort of video input device. If you have a TV card for example that has S-Video or composite in. You wont get 480p coming out of the Wii though. I don't know of any cards that have component in to get the 480p. I'm sure there's something out there, but I'm not sure it's worth going out and buying.

UPCONVERTING WII THROUGH ati 2600
Ok idk if this is a stupid question but is it possible to connect the wii to my htpc and have the graphics upconverted/display comming out of the ati 2600 hdmi.

The biggest issue would be that there would almost certainly be a large delay due to the upconverting.

Yeah hadn't even thought of that. I've never tried my Wii through the HTPC so I'm not sure if it's an issue or not.
