Hi David,

Yeah, right. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/wink.gif Just kidding! http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Nice home theater. I like the humongous speakers. Pump up the volume! Yeah, Red Planet was a great transfer. Innovative DVD storage. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/wink.gif It looks like you're hanging curtains or sheets from the ceiling, am I right? Some people mask off the theater from the rest of the room. I painted my ceiling and wall behind my screen a very dark (nearly black) gray. I wish I had a larger room. I would install a 12'x5' screen. Some day...

ah ah Larry! http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Well, I rent and plan to move soon too so, nothing definitive could be done. The black fabric is just cheap black stuff, pinned on the ceiling (not sure this is the correct wording ). It also helps rise subjective and real contrast too and increase immersiveness http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Will try more screenshots. takes patience and time to do them and we forgot the charging battery of the digicam..... the session ended as in TRUE LIES: "Battery Haziz!!" http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gif ( no kidding )

I agree with you: one of the most important part of an HT: THE ****ING ROOM !! the bigger, the better!!

cheers
