Upgrade from Onkyo 604

I currently own the Onkyo 604. I have my PS3 connected via HDMI. I want to be able to listen to True HD through my 7.1 speaker set up. The PS3 only sends True HD via PCM, the 604 only produces PCM to 5.1, not 7.1. I hope I got that right. What recievers out there do you recommend for what I am trying to accomplish? Thanks
