Hi everyone,


I have a question about the use of both the USB-UIRT and a infrared keyboard/mouse combo on my new htpc. The USB-UIRT will be used to change channels on my set top digital cable box for use with my PVR250. I also want to be able to use my I/r keyboard because of the greater range than RF and because this one has a built in mouse.

I was just wondering if anyone was aware of any conflicts (DLL or otherwise) because both units us IR and USB.

No issue here...


I've been using the USB-UIRT and the Siltek 7100 (Aka Airboard) in my system without issue for a very long time. FYI, I didn't have any issue with my previous IR receivers -UIRT2 and IrMan- and the same keyboard)
