Use CSW Basscube 12S Box as foundation for kit - recommendations appreciated


My CSE Basscube 12s has died on my for the last time.  2 amps later and the driver is now fried too (was quite impressive, coil burned to a crisp after a loud hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm).

 

Anywho: I have about $200 to spend.  Is it worth it to use the CSW box and replace the driver and amp, or will that $200 spent on a dayton or BIC, as examples, be money better spent?
