Hi everybody.

I've just purchased my very first first receiver, the avr-x2000 with the intention of integrating tv, blu-ray, HD recorder, nintendo wii, appleTV etc.

I previously listened to music on a ferguson hill FH007 mini-amplifier system incorporating their FH008 subwoofer. I have successfully listened to music on the minisystem via the X2000 zone 2 pre-outs. The  subwoofer also runs fine independently, directly connected to the x2000 and so could potentially serve as part of a 5.1 setup.

Is there any way to additionally include the FH007 amp and stereo speakers as the front speakers in such a 5.1 system and have audyssey XT detect them for calibration? I know from this forum and the manuals that there is no AMP ASSIGN > MAIN pre-amps option (as is the case with the X4000) and that the zone 2 outputs are really intended for other room use. Our living space is quite small so I would like to keep the number of speakers and duplication to a minimum if possible.

I'm very new to all this so any comments on feasibility would be very welcome.
