No, a DBS dish will not receive your local DTV stations.


There are clip on VHF/UHF antennas that are designed to attach to a DBS dish, and not be too noticeable. You would have to try one to see if it works in your location.

Look at the TV41 and TV42.


Unless you live in an area close to the transmitter and have no multipath issues, these antennas are probably not the best choice for OTA HD. The clip-on antennas are multidirectional; the best HD OTA antennas are highly directional.
