YES it can be done. Once you find the XM antenna cable, check the end to see if it will mate with your receiver and report back. A new end can be placed on the cable or an adapter can be added.

Using factory XM antenna with aftermarket unit on GM
I have a 2003 Tahoe that came with XM radio. I replaced the factory system and would like to add XM to the replacement system, but I would like to use the factory antenna. Can this be done?
