UST rear projection material

Hi,

I need to build a couple of screens for rear projection. The quick specs are:
  • Optoma ZH420UST projectors
  • 100" screen
  • completely light controlled space
  • preferably acoustically transparent-ish, but can compromise on that if needed

One potentially tricky part is that the I'd like to be able to put multiple screens next to one another with as little bezel/gap between them as possible. This wouldn't involve blending across projectors, just aligning them next to one another, and it would only be on one axis (ie bezel at the top and bottom are fine but I'd like to minimize it along the sides).

I've read a bit here and seen recommendations about milliskin spandex, but I'm not clear on whether that would be good for this kind of application or not.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
