Vandersteen VLR-1

I recently heard a pair of vandersteen 1Cs and really liked them. I was wondering if anyone had heard the VLR-1. I found the 'Sweet Spot' on the 1Cs too small for my needs (1 inch up or down made a difference) and was hoping that the VLR-1 being coaxial would be less affected by vertical position.
