I'm on hold with ReplayTV Tech Support for the 5xxx line (4th call attempting to get my trade in $$ refunded back to my credit card) and holy icecow! They have their hold music up WAY too loud. I have told two tech support agents, as well as sent an email. I'm curious to see if they do anything about it.
My cow-orker could hear it 2 cubicles away.
