i need an advise in choosing a capture device and software to convert to mpeg 2 i wont be doing much editing and i would like to obtain the least complicated to use with good video conversion results. Could you pls include the price of the software and hardware as well as the system requirements.


i'm new at this and im contemplating whether to buy a portable dvd recorder or use my pc to do the job
