Video Distribution at CAT5 question

HELP!!!!

I have just stumbled upon the CE Labs CAT5rx/tx and I was very psyched. After having a Tivo series 1 for almost 7 years now, I am finally upgrading to A TIVO HD and I want to distribute the high def content to 2 locations.

I have a CAT5, RG6 home run setup. The problem is that at one of the locations I need to put a CAT 5RX'/tx receiver I only have 2 CAT connections. While this is enough to run the necessary component distribution it takes away my network connection at this location.

I have an XBox and 360 at this location and I really don't want to run wireless on them due to bandwidth limitations for streaming and with the possibility of having additional networked devices in the future.

I have 4 RG6 connections at this location, but only 2 CAT5 cables. I can't pull new wires due to being a finished basement. I wish the RX/TX product only needed 1 CAT5, but sadly it needs 2. Does anyone have any ideas to help me with my problem?

I want my cake and I want to eat it too.

You can use one Cat5 with the CELabs product but you can only pass component and digital audio, no analog audio or IR. There are instructions in their install guide for how to crimp your cat5 to do this. If you need the analog audio, you could use two of your 4 RG6's to send the left and right channel of audio with no baluns. If all 4 RG6s aren't used, you could also do component and digital audio on them with no CELabs at all. Or, with some creative wiring, you could use three of the RG6s for component and the CELabs unit for analog audio and IR. Lots of choices.
