Video Issue

I have a Insignia 50" plamsa display. Its connected to my HD Tivo unit. Im having a problem with lines flashing on the screen, i tried to take video of it with my dig camera, hoping that someone can tell me what it is, and what i can do to fix it. I tried a differnet HDMI input but it didnt do anything.

Bad deinterlacing artifacts. Try changing the output resolution of the HD Tivo from 1080 to 720. Also look for Tv settings like "film mode" or "smooth picture" and try different settings.

Thanks, I set the TiVo to Native mode, and it didnt seem to do it on the HD channel i was watching after I switched it, but gotta watch some more to see if its resolved.
