Video not smooth thru htpc

I made a video of a problem im having when watching movies thru my htpc, the htpc is a [email protected] and a gf6 6200(i think this is the culprit). Cpu usage is low when watching movies.

If you watch the video, especially the center of the screen you can see the jittery movement. This only happens when the camera moves around or theres some fast paced movements. Dvd's play fine through the dvd player so its not the tv.

Is it the low end video card's fault here?

Well i cant complain i guess, that card only cost me 15 bucks.

Guess i'll wait to see whats better the ati x2400 or the geforce 8500gt.

You might have to wait afew months for the x2400.......

Yes i noticed that now, i thought ati would launch their whole lineup today. But its just the top of the line card... they just lost a customer with all of their delays.
