Vidikron TS 550 s/manual and problem

HAs anyone got the Vidikron TGS 550 s/manual?


This is a video only model made by Vidikron, and not a rebadged unit. Ive got two other similar units here, but the boards aren't the same for me to swap out.


This is a 1996 (or so) model with the on screen menus. Works fine, tubes are in good shape, but after 20 minutes or so it loses H and V sync. Strange thing is though, the on screen menus still lock properly.


I've tried spraycooling everything, to no avail. Seems once it goes out of whack, you can't bring it back. I've pushed on all socketed chips, no go there either.


I've gopt no experience with these sets at all other than converging them.


Can anyone help? I probably only need the schematics for the video input or processing section.
