New to this forum, so I apologize in advance for any newb deviation from standard protocol..

General recommendations on settings & configuration would will be welcomed & APPRECIATED.

Coming from an existing [Dynex 40" LCD Gen. 1/Radeon 5750] setup that was performing flawlessly.. unfortunately, I am currently having issues (Choppy Playback & Flickering brightness) with this (new) monitor in my established/existing setup.
